Shipping Information:

I ship out most items within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund at the time of shipping. Shipping is most often first class if under 13 ounces to save you money. Heavier items will go into a flat rate priority envelope if they fit - otherwise they ship out Parcel Post.

I ship ONLY to the address on your paypal account so PLEASE be sure it is correct when you order. I do not ship to other addresses because that voids all paypal protections for both of us! IF you are ordering items as a gift for someone please contact me and we will work that out.

I gladly ship overseas but the shipping is NOT CALCULATED automatically by the website at this time. Once I receive your order I will calculate the postage and send you a separate invoice for the additional postage. THE SHIPMENT WILL NOT BE MARKED AS A GIFT. As a general rule a set of 24 Studio G stamps will cost approx. $12 to ship. Something heavier like crackle paints will be more.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not happy with an item contact me and you will get a full refund if we can't correct the problem. PRE-ORDERS have a 25% cancellation fee.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Studio G: Which Studio G sets do you have in stock? If it is in stock or available for pre-order you can order it on the Studio G pages - If it is not there then I don't have it.

Can you get me a past set? I do not have any past sets and cannot get any - once they are sold out they are sold out - the manufacturer does not have any more.

Where will Series __ be? I keep a running update on where the upcoming series will be released at the top of the Studio G page - Check there. If it is not there then I don't have the info yet.

Shipping: Shipping in the USA is sent first class if under 13 ounces. Sent parcel post if over 13 ounces unless i can stuff it all into a priority flat rate envelope.

Shipping International - A separate invoice will be sent with accurate shipping charge once your order is received.

Be sure your address is correct BEFORE ordering. I will only ship to the address listed in paypal - otherwise it voids all paypal protections for both of us.

Product Availibility/Pre-Orders/Out of Stock items - If an item on your order is out of stock then in stock items will be sent and a refund will be given for the out of stock item.

Pre-orders - payment is made at the time of the order and cancellations have a 25% fee. You can keep track of product availability/shipping schedules for pre-orders on my blog.
